Winery
To the north of the Acquaviva Vineyard, Vito designed and built the accompanying winery. His goal is to introduce his wine to patrons throughout the country and help reestablish Illinois as a premier winegrowing region. This structure’s breathtaking architecture and aesthetics were created to delight guests, with rich décor and hand painted fine art by world renowned artist Andre Zabela*.This 20,000 sq. ft. facility houses an enormous tasting room, a lovely retail marketplace, as well as private party space. The production floor expands across the bottom level of the building, and patrons can view the marvelous winemaking and bottling activity from large observation windows in the tasting area.
